While Femmenas facilitates product discovery, transactions, customer support, and marketplace operations, participating brands remain responsible for the quality, safety, legality, labeling, ingredients, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance of their products.

Femmenas does not manufacture products sold through the Site and makes no independent warranties regarding products offered by partner brands.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you authorize payment for the products purchased, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other disclosed fees.

Femmenas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Suspected fraud;

  • Pricing errors;

  • Violation of these Terms.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Product-specific claims made by brands.

Customers should review all product information before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including:

  • The FEMMENAS name;

  • Logos;

  • Graphics;

  • Text;

  • Website design;

  • Editorial content;

  • Founder stories created by Femmenas;

is owned by Femmenas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct
