Coral thread on a warm melange ground. The motif and the color share a name, and on Oatmeal Stone the two sit so close that the shape almost belongs to the cloth.
The linen is pre-washed before it is cut and sewn, so it arrives with a gentle crinkle and a relaxed drape. It feels soft in the hand from the first use, and it looks right even when it has not been ironed.
Each napkin is cut, sewn and embroidered in Italy. Put them out for a sunlit lunch, or for a dinner that starts outside and finishes at the table.
